We assist you and your planning team in developing and implementing tailor-made sustainability strategies for your building. Here, in addition to the energy efficiency and the ecology, we also consider the economy, the integrated building planning as well as the sociocultural and technical quality. If requested, we will assist you with the certification of your building. We advise you in your decision of which seal of quality makes sense and support your construction project as an auditor, from the design phase up to the completion and the awarding of the certificate.

Process of a DGNB audit

Preliminary assessment

  • Determination of the optimisation potential, decision paper
  • If requested, we will apply for the DGNB preliminary certificate for you. With the help of the preliminary certificate, you are documenting your commitment. The preliminary certificate can be used for marketing etc.

Execution of the audit

With the decision concerning a certification objective, all previously determined measures are fixed in a package of measures. The functional specification regulates the responsibilities of the planning-parties involved in the development of the necessary proofs.

We provide for it that the planned measures and the building ecology requirements are implemented economically and on time during the erection of the building.

  • Consultation of the planning team during the entire planning phase, regular participation in meetings.
  • Consultation concerning the compensation in case of planning changes
  • Supervision of the construction site operations.
  • Preparation and submission of the documentary evidence in order to apply for the certificate at the DGNB
